Handle User Runs out of Disk

Description
Currently, in the case a user runs out of local disk space, the behavior is undefined. We want to add some error handling where our io_ring calls are, detect if they fail, and handle the failure elegantly as opposed to allowing the OS to handle issues and allow our program behavior to be undefined.

Research direction
Start by locating the io_ring calls in the LLFS code and trace how their failures currently propagate. Reproduce or inspect the out-of-disk failure path, then define graceful handling for those errors so program behavior is no longer undefined. Done means io_ring failures caused by exhausted local disk space are detected and handled consistently.
