docerrun crash with ```matlab block containing Simulink open_system code

Description
Trying to set up a copy code block which opens a Simulink library.
docrun crashes MATLAB when running on this html page.
Works if Simulink and the library are already open before calling docrun. Appears to be problem when library opening takes a long time i.e. Simulink not started.

Research direction
Reproduce the crash by running docrun on the attached GasMixtureHome.md with GasMixture_lib.zip while Simulink and the library are initially closed. Start at the docrun handling for the MATLAB block and open_system call; done means the HTML page runs without crashing MATLAB in that startup condition.
