Add multiple GPU stats

There is no entries in theme.yaml for other GPUs connected to the PC.

Entries in theme.yaml "STATS" to be able to display other GPU stats.

Start with the STATS entries in theme.yaml and compare how the current GPU statistics are represented. Test the resulting display on a multi-GPU PC; done means other connected GPUs can have their statistics displayed.
