output/svg.js contains a circular dependency when compiling using rollup.js

When I try to compile the CommonJS files in mathjax-full/js I am usually successful except in the case of mathjax-full/js/output/svg.js.

I put together a node project here that you can test out by checking out, npm installing, opening a node shell, and running

const demo = require('./rollup-mathjax-demo.js');
demo('mathjax-full/js/output/svg.js, 'svg');

You end up with the following errors:

Circular dependency: node_modules/mathjax-full/js/output/svg.js -> node_modules/mathjax-full/js/output/svg/WrapperFactory.js -> node_modules/mathjax-full/js/output/svg/Wrappers.js -> node_modules/mathjax-full/js/output/svg/Wrapper.js -> rollup-mathjax-demo/node_modules/mathjax-full/js/output/svg.js?commonjs-proxy -> node_modules/mathjax-full/js/output/svg.js
(node:96533) UnhandledPromiseRejectionWarning: Error: '__moduleExports' is not exported by node_modules/mathjax-full/js/output/svg.js, imported by rollup-mathjax-demo/node_modules/mathjax-full/js/output/svg.js?commonjs-proxy

Reproduce the issue with the linked rollup-mathjax-demo project using mathjax-full/js/output/svg.js and inspect the dependency path through output/svg/WrapperFactory.js, Wrappers.js, and Wrapper.js. Compare Rollup's circular-dependency and __moduleExports errors, then verify that compiling the SVG entry point completes without those errors.
