That is just a suggestion, but it would be in my opinion more simple to get probably quickly a satisfying proof.js from proof.sty,
http://research.nii.ac.jp/~tatsuta/proof-sty.html
because the code of proof.sty is much less complicated and long than bussproofs.sty,
