Tracker for discussed future PR

• Unify indentation to 2 spaces.
• Add initialisation methods for packages to their configuration.
  • Generalise color package, newcommand etc structures.
  • Unicode cache as discussed in PR #263
• Mark optional parameters in jsdoc comments
• Caligraphic to calligraphic everywhere
• Move BBox.ts to utils directory
• Move to modern string composition
• Change MathJax to mathjax in mathjax.js
• Priorities for handlers as discussed in PR #222
• Make annotations a dynamic menu. Possibly move these into contextmenu package. See PR #329
• Make contexmenu a package that can be imported via a standard ES6 import.

Start by reviewing the checklist and the referenced PRs #263, #222, and #329, then locate BBox.ts, mathjax.js, the contextmenu package, and the relevant jsdoc comments. Done means the remaining unchecked items are resolved and the tracker can be fully checked.
