Description
Great repo, but it really lacks mac support.
On mac you can exec
```
which command_name
```
and it will return you the path.
I can probably do a PR if you're busy. Let me know.

Research direction
Start by locating the module's command-existence entry point and reviewing how platform handling currently works. Check the behavior of `which command_name` on macOS and add coverage for the requested support. Done means the module correctly detects available commands on Mac without regressing existing platforms.
