Recommend Menloco as a good replacement for Monaco font

A while ago I [patched the Monaco](https://github.com/Alhadis/Menloco) font to use [Menlo](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Menlo_%28typeface%29)'s box-drawing glyphs, which ***vastly*** improves the appearance of grids and tables in the terminal:

Since it's a commercially-licensed typeface, I couldn't upload the modified version without infringing on copyright. So I wrote a FontForge script that actually automates the modifications I made to Monaco... just to have prettier-looking borders. =)

I don't know how or where you'd go about mentioning it (or if it's even worth mentioning at all), but I feel like bringing it up - since it's something I know many macOS users would enjoy, haha.

Review .bash_prompt and the linked Menloco project first. Determine whether this repository has an appropriate place to mention Menloco as a Monaco replacement; done would be a clear, accepted recommendation in that location, if the maintainers want to include it.
