Description

Any one-way commands should be accompanied with ways to undo them.

For example, [disabling Notification Center](https://github.com/mathiasbynens/dotfiles/blob/master/.osx#L111).

I also came across [this](https://github.com/alexferreira/dotfiles/blob/master/osx_restore.sh), which attempts to restore things like this.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the one-way command in .osx around line 111 and compare it with the restoration approach in osx_restore.sh. Define the scope of commands covered, then ensure each relevant command has a documented way to undo its change.
