Description
Is there a defaults right to make it so when in a full screen mountain lion app and the user has there mouse near the top of the screen to select say tabs in an app to make it so the mac menu bar doesn't slide down immediately? That is make it so it only slides down if you hover at the top for 3 seconds compared to half a second?
