Description
Running https://mathiasbynens.github.io/caniunicode/ in Safari 18.6 (20621.3.11.11.3) it says my browser supports v16.0.0 for both Identifiers and RegExp Unicode property escapes.
Based on https://stackoverflow.com/q/79621903 the change was between Safari 18 and 18.5, but the release notes don't say so I don't know how to pick the exact version.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the result in https://mathiasbynens.github.io/caniunicode/ with Safari 18.6, then compare Safari 18, 18.5, and 18.6 release information with the linked Stack Overflow discussion. Done means the data identifies the Safari version where Unicode 16 support began and the caniunicode result reflects it.
