Description
In Material 2 (material-components-web) text fields had the concept of persistent and non-persistent helper text. Non-persistent helper text is hidden when the text field no longer retains focus.
Here in Material 3, supporting text appears only to implement the persistent variety. Non-persistent supporting or helper text is super useful for my clients. Will this be introduced to this library?
Thank you

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reviewing the Material 3 supporting-text component and clarifying the intended focus and visibility behavior; done means the library supports non-persistent supporting text that hides when its field loses focus.
