Description

There is a new option in this component: `startIcon`.
How to set paddings to it? Like `android:drawablePadding`.
The question is for both startIcon and endIcon.

Research direction

Start with the TextInputLayout startIcon and endIcon APIs and their existing component documentation. Check how icon-to-text padding is currently exposed; done means documenting the supported configuration or defining the needed behavior for both icons.
