I'd like to have an option which makes long labels on `BottomNavigationView` be wrapped instead of ellipsized, like in this example:

Possible solution would be to add new view attributes, such as:
```
app:onLabelOverflow="ellipsize"
app:onLabelOverflow="wrap"
```
