Description
Is there a way to set a tint for `filledPopupBackground` via XML defined in:
https://github.com/material-components/material-components-android/blob/master/lib/java/com/google/android/material/textfield/DropdownMenuEndIconDelegate.java#L279
`setPopupBackground` is called only when attached to the view via `addOnEditTextAttachedListener`

Research direction
Start in DropdownMenuEndIconDelegate.java around the referenced filledPopupBackground and setPopupBackground call, then inspect the addOnEditTextAttachedListener path. Determine how XML attributes are defined for this component and what support is needed for a popup background tint; done means the tint can be configured through XML and is applied when the edit text is attached.
