Is there a way to not show/use the name?

In case there is no name the greeting looks like "Hi ," (with whitespace)
Is it possible to simply deactivate/hide the greeting?

No file or test is named. Start by locating the greeting generation or template entry point and trace how an absent name is rendered; done should mean the greeting can be hidden or disabled without leaving whitespace such as "Hi ,".
