Allow authors to choose the focal point of the image on a location page

Description
When an image is shown on a location page, if the image is too large, it will be cropped automatically. The crop however may not be ideal. Further in mobile and different browser sizes, the crop can occur in various places. This enhancement will allow authors to select the focal point of the image and that part will be kept in view at all times.
