Description
Requirements to consider:
Organizations are required to post their regulations on their org pages. Often, they also direct users to advisories to reduce calls and questions to their office.
Organizations may have a large amount of regulatory / advisory / decision content. Sometimes there are different types of advisories or decisions. It may be helpful to allow authors to create sub groups of content: for example a link to a list of all boards decisions, or a list of all directives about X topic
