Add "Did you find..." to locations listings and service "more" pages

Currently the location listing pages and the service "more" pages don't have feedback options. We have some indirect feedback suggesting that these page types have important issues that need to be resolved. We want to get the feedback question on these pages so we can better assess these pages and fix them.

Goal is the have the static feedback functionality that is at bottom of all other pages types be on these pages.

Start by comparing the example location and service “more” pages with page types that already show the static feedback functionality at the bottom. Confirm the existing feedback entry point and add equivalent coverage to these page types; done means the feedback question appears on all listed page types.
