Description
**Use case:**
As a user viewing an organization or service page, I want to be able to know that there are more locations and find their detailed pages so that I can decide where I need to go and get the contact information I need.
Currently we show locations with a map row that includes a Location Details link to a listing of all locations, which have their own contact info and location details. In the course of our research, we've found that many users did not realize there was more information associated with the location page, and often missed essential content. How can we make it clearer that there is more information available?

Research direction
Start with the organization and service page location-row behavior described in the issue, including the existing Location Details link and location listing. Define and validate a clearer way for users to discover additional locations and reach their detailed pages and contact information; done means the usability concern is addressed with an agreed design.
