Other page types have other phrases, like "In this list"

Using the Translate tool doesn't work because when it translates the English on the page, it also translates the Spanish into different Spanish and makes a mess of it. Is there a way to provide translation for these page elements?

Research direction

Start with the Spanish CMS page linked in the issue and inventory the hard-coded phrases listed there, along with the alternate phrase used by other page types. Review how the CMS currently applies its Translate tool. Done means page elements can be translated without changing the authored Spanish content.
