Description
**User story:**
As an author, I want to be able to use the rich text table widget to style my table and see the results saved, so that if I (for example) add color to cells when creating the table, I'll see the styles when the page is previewed or published.
**JIRA ticket #:** DP-7979

Research direction
No files or tests are identified. Start by locating the rich text table widget and comparing its edit experience with the preview and published output. Done means table cell styling options, such as color, are preserved and visible after previewing or publishing.
