Description

**User story:**
A differentiation in display vs. administrative title could help in cases where an event is one in a series with nearly identical agendas and titles – with the key information being the date and location for the event rather than its unique title. For example, trainings for municipal facilities and first responders on chemical safety and climate resilience (http://www.mass.gov/eea/grants-and-tech-assistance/guidance-technical-assistance/agencies-and-divisions/ota/education-and-outreach/climate-change-and-chemical-safety/climate-training-2-pager.pdf).

A differentiation in display vs. administrative title could also help in situations where an event is a formal public meeting in a series of other public meetings with titles that only slightly differ by date as an identifying factor. In the CMS, it would need to be identifiable by its full title. For the public, the full title might take up too much space or cause confusion due to the repetitive event titles or the inaccessibility of the committee name.
