Add a "clear search" button on CSV tables

Description
Currently, users have to delete their search term in the Search bar, then hit the Search button again to go back to the full CSV table. It's not very intuitive, especially for users who may not be very tech savvy. I'd like to see the addition of a Clear Search button, or perhaps after searching, the existing Search button becomes a Clear Search button.
