Description
Hi, I'd like to suggest a UI update for the Collection's search result page (see example: https://www.mass.gov/collections/department-of-public-health-data-library)
When the Filter by Topic feature on the left is too long, it pushes the Filter and Apply features under the folder. Many users didn't see the Apply button below the fold, so they thought switching the radio button would trigger a different set of search results - but it didn't. Can we show only the first 5 radio buttons and the rest will be shown when a user clicks "expand" or "see all topics"? A shorter list will allow users to see the Apply button.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the Collection search result page in the linked Mass.gov example, focusing on the Filter by Topic radio-button list and the Filter and Apply controls. Done means showing only the first five topics initially, providing an expand or “see all topics” action for the remainder, and keeping Apply visible to users.
