Description
It would be great and better than using PDFs for all printer friendly document needs to create a better printing environment for for Mass.gov pages.
We are reluctant to post document content in a Drupal HTML page because it prints in huge type and many more pages that a PDF would be.
Doing docs in HTML would likley be better for accessibility, but not if you have to waste tons of paper printing any page.
Many other websites have Print buttons (such as recipe sites) that reformats the print outcome to a concise one or two page doc., which works on both mobile and desktop formats.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are identified. Start by reviewing the Mass.gov Drupal page templates and current print behavior, then define how print formatting should work on mobile and desktop. Done means HTML pages print as concise, readable documents without requiring PDFs.
