Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Sometimes content makes more sense as a table rather than CSV, but it makes it harder to identify the rows and columns without borders. I created a table that has two rows and two columns and within, they have bulleted lists, so it would be easier to differentiate the lists if there was a border dividing the content. I can imagine this would also help with accessibility.
Describe the solution you'd like
Light grey or thin black border.

Research direction
The issue names no source file, test, or entry point. Clarify the intended border styling and accessibility requirements with maintainers, then locate the table-rendering or styling area; done means table rows and columns are visibly separated while preserving the bulleted lists.
