Customizable organization navigation bar for Events

Currently the navigation bar for Events under the Org page banner is not customizable, but section title on the page is. It causes the navigation link title inconsistent with the section title. For example, when user click on the "Events" link, the section title is "Announcements".

Start with issue #253 and review the organization page banner's Events navigation link alongside the section-title customization described there. Confirm the intended relationship between those two labels; done means the navigation link can be customized consistently with the section title.
