Description
It would be really helpful to be able to add links to the short descriptions for documents that appear in curated lists. Our team would specifically want to use this to help with the experience for translated documents; we have certain forms or other materials that are not posted in English as documents on Mass.gov, which means we do not have translations linked automatically underneath them. As a workaround, we'd love to be able to add these as links in the document's description to make the experience more consistent for Mass.gov users.

Research direction
Begin by locating how document short descriptions are stored and rendered in curated lists, then review any existing handling for links or translated documents. Done means a short description can include links and those links appear consistently for Mass.gov users, with the expected behavior covered by appropriate tests or examples.
