Description
It would be great if the overview section of an Info Details page displayed at the same expanded width as the remainder of the page when using the "visual story" template.
There is a lot of white space to the right and no right sidebar content is allowed. Why not make that overview text's width consistent with the remainder of the page?
This would also ensure that more of the main page content is displayed in the first screenshot and make the page more readable.

Research direction
Review the visual story template and the Info Details overview section, using the linked environmental-permitting example as the visual reference. Confirm how the overview width differs from the remainder of the page and whether the template permits right-sidebar content. Done means the overview uses the expanded page width and the visual result is consistent with the body content.
