Description
I've gotten requests from EEA content owners, for external links to open in a separate tab or window. When opened in the same window, they feel that "These are black holes, where the user will not easily be able to return to our site". However it's my understanding, from past mass.gov meetings, that this presents an ADA compliance issue. As a compromise, is there a way to give users the option to open external links in a new tab or window?
