Description
EEA has some mass.gov content that consists of highly technical subject matter that cannot be written to a sixth grade reading level, resulting in low page scores. For example, our Department of Environmental Protection regulates a lot of chemicals and needs to use chemical names, that are considered above the sixth-grade reading level.
Would it be possible to add a “technical-page” option to the CMS that would increase the grade level standard of the content, perhaps to grade 12 or at least 10?

Research direction
The issue names no implementation files, tests, or entry points. Start by identifying the CMS component that calculates page reading-level scores and clarify whether the technical-page option should target grade 10 or 12. Done means technical pages can use the higher standard without lowering the standard for other content.
