Change the label for "organization" within the binder content type

Currently, the binder lists organizations with the label `binder organization`.

Binder is an internal term that isn't known to the average constituent and is likely confusing. It appears that there was a regression from the original label of `Organization(s)` within the last year.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Change the label back from `Binder organization` to `Organization(s)`.

The `Organization(s)` label is more consistent with existing terminology of the site (the `/orgs` in urls, and the `Our organization` sections of state org pages. It also is more grammatically correct in the event that multiple organizations author a binder.
