**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
LWD has requested that it be alerted by email whenever it gets feedback on certain pages. While CMS authors can regularly check for feedback, those not in the CMS cannot, and want to be alerted in case someone needs an answer right away.
**Describe the solution you'd like**
When verbatim comments are left on specific pages an email will be sent to those who opt in to get an email notification. The email would contain the contents of the verbatim feedback, most likely including contact info for the person who left the feedback.
**Additional context**
While LWD has requested this, MassGIS has also expressed a desire for this. Currently, MassGIS includes an email address in the text that you see when you leave feedback on their pages and request a response. But MassGIS still needs to check feedback in the CMS because people might leave different feedback there than they would include in an email to MassGIS.
