Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
MassDEP (and I would guess other state regulatory agencies) maintains a large number of How-to pages designed to walk people through the process of applying for permits, licenses, and other approvals, as well as for grants, loans, and technical assistance. Currently, these can only be aggregated in the Other Tasks and What You Need to Know sections of Service pages, or as hard URLs in other content types. The latter approach is ineffective, as hard URLs do not create Relationship Indicators on the target pages. This, in turn, affects Findability and Outcomes.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add How-to Pages as a supported content type on Curated Lists. It would also help if Related Links and Contact Information could be added to the right slot of Curated List pages.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the existing Curated Lists content-type options and how Related Links and Contact Information are positioned on Curated List pages. Compare this with how How-to Pages are currently aggregated in Service page sections. Done means How-to Pages can be selected in Curated Lists and the requested right-slot content is supported without losing Relationship Indicators.
