Add text field under Address in Contact

Currently, the only place to add text within a Contact is under the phone or fax number field. It would be nice to have the option of "Caption" text under the address too. We need to tell customers the hours for "walk-in" business and I had to add it under the phone number.

Start by locating the Contact implementation and the existing phone or fax Caption behavior. Clarify how address captions should work and what the displayed text should look like; done when an address can show equivalent Caption text for information such as walk-in hours.
