Provide additional training on how to run usability tests

We can learn a lot from talking to people. But often, it can be intimidating and confusing to run your first usability test and to figure out how to find people, what to ask them and how to get good, meaningful insights.

This is a request to develop more training resources (like articles, guides and workshops) about how to test your content with constituents.

Let us know what kind of training would be most helpful!

Some ideas we have are:
* a series of articles about how to set up and run your first usability test.
* templates for building a test plan and taking notes during a usability test
* sample scripts for running usability tests
* workshops where we could help you develop your test plans
* volunteer to observe and help take notes during one of our sessions

This is follow up from our 2018 ConCon presentation on Watching users use Mass.gov.
