Context
We will need a command to upgrade an existing DeWeb SC.

- Get the deployed SC bytecode
- Compare the SC bytecode with the wasm in the CLI
- If not the same, upgrade it using the
upgradeSCfunction

Research direction
Start by locating the CLI command entry point and the existing upgradeSC function. Check how the CLI can obtain deployed SC bytecode and the bundled wasm, then define the comparison and upgrade flow. Done means the command upgrades only when the deployed bytecode differs and leaves matching contracts unchanged.
