Deprecated fwcd/kotlin-language-server and debug adapter

There is an official [kotlin-lsp](https://github.com/Kotlin/kotlin-lsp) in developmentand, [kotlin-language-server](https://github.com/fwcd/kotlin-language-server) and [kotlin-debug-adapter](https://github.com/fwcd/kotlin-debug-adapter) is no longer maintained. An issue mentions adding a run debugging feature to kotlin-lsp #https://github.com/Kotlin/kotlin-lsp/issues/46. Therefore I believe in deprecating both in future mason release. Thanks for every great work!

Review the kotlin-lsp, kotlin-language-server, and kotlin-debug-adapter links, including kotlin-lsp issue #46, then locate the corresponding Mason package entries. Done means both deprecated packages are marked for removal or deprecation in a future Mason release, with the affected package metadata updated consistently.
