Description
Modify install to automatically "purchase" unpurchased free apps.
Make purchase an alias for install.
Must investigate how to know if an app has already been purchased, or how to attempt a purchase or (re)install without a cryptic dialog popping up for purchases that were previously purchased or for (re)installs that were never purchased, all while avoiding unnecessary downloads or reinstalls of already installed apps.

Research direction
Start with the install command and the existing purchase command or alias handling. Trace how purchased and installed app state is detected, then verify that free unpurchased apps are purchased without cryptic dialogs or unnecessary downloads, while already purchased or installed apps are not reinstalled.
