Research direction
Start by tracing MBeanExporter and the ManagedClasses/exportedManagedClasses registry to understand where managed classes are registered and when their exports are removed. Verify the lifecycle that leaves entries behind, then ensure registered ManagedClasses are unregistered when no longer exported and confirm that the registry no longer accumulates obsolete entries.
