Description
Hi all, I have been running BindCraft pipeline with default_4stage_multimer_hardtarget advanced settings. After some days running i obtain some accepted designs, but the terminal outputs gets killed before finishing and no ranked designs, they are only accepted. Why is this happening? Is there a limit time for running inference? Is there any way to set up the budget designs I want to obtain or something similar? Is hard_target realted to the non ranking issue?
Thanks in advance

Research direction
Start by reproducing the run with the default_4stage_multimer_hardtarget advanced settings and capture the terminal output when the process is killed. Trace the pipeline stage that produces accepted designs and is expected to rank them, then determine whether the termination is caused by a runtime limit, design budget, or hard-target setting. Done means the cause and any supported configuration are documented or fixed.
