Enatega Customer Application: While placing a order before user adds a new address, there shouldn't be "Done" button.

Describe the bug
On add a new Address screen While placing a order before user adds address, there shouldn't be "Done" button already showing up as user hasn't added the address yet
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Enatega Customer Application'
Now add some items to your cart .
Click on place order button, the checkout screen will open-up.
See error at the bottom of screen there is a Done button already showing up.

Expected behavior
There shouldn't be "Done" button already showing up as user hasn't added the address yet.

Start in the Enatega Customer Application checkout flow and reproduce the issue by adding cart items, selecting Place Order, and opening the add-new-address screen. Trace when the Done button is shown before an address is added. Done means the button is not displayed until the user has added an address, and the reproduction steps no longer show it prematurely.
