Click on 'registration'
Scroll down to 'sales tax'

Reproduce the issue in the vendor flow: open Add Restaurants, choose Registration, and inspect the Sales Tax field in Chrome on Windows. Trace the registration form entry point and determine why the entered sales tax is treated as negative. Done means the sales tax value is handled correctly and the reproduction no longer shows the reported error.
