Observe and listen for any continuous beeping sound persisting despite the absence of active orders.
Expected behavior

Research direction
No file or test is named. Start by reproducing the issue in the Rider App on iOS or Android with no assigned orders, then trace the code responsible for order alerts and sound playback. Done means the app remains silent when there are no current orders, with regression coverage for that state.
