Describe the bug
When scrolling down the restaurant list, the horizontal scroll bar for the categories section remains visible instead of hiding. This causes a visual distraction and may interfere with the user experience on small screens.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Enatega Customer Application'
On discovery page, click See All button see error there.
Scroll horizontally within the categories section to browse different categories.
Scroll vertically down the restaurant list.
Observe that the horizontal scroll bar remains visible when it should hide.

Expected behavior
The horizontal scroll bar for categories should disappear when scrolling the restaurant list downward to ensure a cleaner UI.

Start the Enatega Customer Application and open the discovery page, then use each See All entry to reproduce the category horizontal scroll followed by vertical restaurant-list scrolling. Inspect the relevant See All page entry points and verify that the categories scrollbar disappears while the restaurant list moves on small screens.
