Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A clear and concise description of what the problem is. Ex. I'm always frustrated when [...] After adding Title and Description, a dropdown box is presented. Without any label, its not clear what does it mean and leave a user to fumble around.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add field label "Choose Category" above the field.

Research direction

Start by running the React Native app and opening the add-food form described in the issue. Locate the category dropdown shown after the Title and Description fields, then add the requested label above it. Done means the label "Choose Category" is visible and clearly associated with the category field.
