Enatega Admin Dashboard : Navigate to specific field which field is creating an error to submit the form.

Describe the bug
This bug occurs when a form submission fails due to an error in a specific field, but the system does not automatically navigate to or highlight the problematic field, making it difficult for the user to identify and correct the issue.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Enatega Admin Dashboard'
Now fill a form to add a staff etc. now skip a required field see error the field border gets red colored , but it doesn't navigate to that field.

Start in the Enatega Admin Dashboard by reproducing the required-field validation described in the issue, using the add-staff form as an entry point. Trace how submission errors are rendered and determine how the first invalid field can receive focus or navigation. Done means submitting a form with a missing required field takes the user to that field while retaining the visible error styling.
