Description

Describe the bug
When scrolling down the restaurant list, the horizontal scroll bar for the categories section remains visible instead of hiding. This causes a visual distraction and may interfere with the user experience on small screens.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Enatega Customer Application'
On discovery page, click See All button see error there.
Scroll horizontally within the categories section to browse different categories.
Scroll vertically down the restaurant list.
Observe that the horizontal scroll bar remains visible when it should hide.

Expected behavior
The horizontal scroll bar for categories should disappear when scrolling the restaurant list downward to ensure a cleaner UI.

Research direction

Start on the Enatega Customer Application discovery page and reproduce the issue from each SEE ALL page by scrolling the categories horizontally, then scrolling the restaurant list vertically. Trace the category-list and restaurant-list entry points used by those pages. Done means the categories scrollbar disappears while the restaurant list is scrolled, without disrupting horizontal category browsing on small screens.
