Enatega Website: Pickup Order Flow Incorrectly Prompts for Location ("Where to?")

Describe the bug
When placing an order with the Pickup option selected, prompts the user with a "Where to?" location request. This step is only relevant for delivery orders and should be skipped in the pickup flow.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Add an item to the cart and go to checkout page.
Click on "Pickup".
Click on "Click to order"
observe that it asks the user for the location with a "Where to?" request.
Expected behavior
This step is only relevant for delivery orders and should be skipped in the pickup flow.

Start at the checkout page and trace the Pickup path from selecting Pickup through clicking "Click to order"; reproduce the issue in Chrome and compare it with delivery. Done means pickup orders skip the "Where to?" location prompt while delivery orders still request a location.
